Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain audio equipment used for recording, mixing, and broadcasting radio shows.
  • Manage live sound during studio recordings and remote broadcasts.
  • Ensure sound levels, clarity, and balance meet professional standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve audio-related issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with producers and presenters to ensure optimal audio setup for each show.
  • Edit audio segments, clean recordings, and apply necessary effects for clarity and consistency.
  • Maintain sound libraries, backups, and studio equipment in good working condition.
  • Assist with audio setup for special events, interviews, or field recordings.

Who Should Apply?

  • Technically inclined individuals with at least 2 years of experience in radio, music production, or sound engineering.
  • Proficient with audio software such as Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of audio signal flow, microphones, mixers, and recording setups.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during live broadcasts.
  • Passion for audio quality, production excellence, and career-impacting storytelling.
  • Willingness to collaborate with creative and editorial teams.
