We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Sales Assistant to support our business development and revenue-generating activities across print, radio, and digital platforms.
This volunteer role is ideal for someone with an interest in media sales, client service, and social enterprise who wants to gain hands-on experience in a purpose-driven media organization.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the advertising sales team in identifying and researching prospective advertisers, sponsors, and partners.

Support the creation and delivery of advertising proposals, media kits, and client presentations.

Maintain and update the client database, track communications, and follow up on sales leads.

Coordinate booking schedules, ad placements, and campaign timelines across platforms.

Liaise with graphic designers and editorial teams to ensure timely delivery of advertising content.

Monitor ad performance and generate basic reports for internal tracking and client updates.

Contribute ideas to improve client engagement and sponsorship strategies.
Who Should Apply?

A highly organized and communicative individual with a keen interest in media, sales, or marketing.

1–2 years of experience in admin, client service, or sales support (internships or freelance roles welcome).

Good written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-facing attitude.

Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting systems.
