Key Responsibilities

• Assist the advertising sales team in identifying and researching prospective advertisers, sponsors, and partners.

• Support the creation and delivery of advertising proposals, media kits, and client presentations.

• Maintain and update the client database, track communications, and follow up on sales leads.

• Coordinate booking schedules, ad placements, and campaign timelines across platforms.

• Liaise with graphic designers and editorial teams to ensure timely delivery of advertising content.

• Monitor ad performance and generate basic reports for internal tracking and client updates.

• Contribute ideas to improve client engagement and sponsorship strategies.
