  • Perform quality inspections on work done by other section artisans.
  • Maintain detailed records of system designs, maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Manage and control allocated budget.
  • Good knowledge of safety management.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 or equivalent and N3 Certificate in Electro-Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
  • Valid trade test certificate and a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Electro Mechanic.
  • Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the work management process.
  • Computer literate.
  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Problem-solving: Be able to diagnose faults, analyzing system failures, and using advanced diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
  • Attention to setail: Be able to follow technical specifications, schematics, and safety protocols to ensure that every component and system is serviced accurately.
  • Customer service: Need to be able to effectively convey complex technical details, discuss repair options, and provide updates on maintenance progress.
