As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and controlling industrial processes to enhance efficiency, safety, and productivity in industries such as manufacturing, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, oil & gas, and manufacturing.

Core Responsibilities 

• Develop and design processes for new or existing production systems, ensuring adherence to technical and safety standards.
• Analyze and enhance existing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production processes to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
• Oversee process performance to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure processes comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including flow diagrams, SOPs, and safety protocols

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• BEng/BSc in Chemical, Metallurgical, or related engineering fields and a Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
• Professional Engineering registration with ECSA or equivalent. 
• Proven track record in technical design and process optimization. 
• Hands-on experience in commissioning and plant optimization.

• Analytical skills: ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
