• Read and interpret mechanical manufacturing drawings to produce precision components.
• Operate manual milling machines to machine components from raw materials, ensuring high quality and accuracy.

• Manage the quality of each manufactured part, ensuring compliance with specifications and deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 or equivalent and Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Trade Tested Toolmaker/Turner Machinist with formal tertiary education.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating manual milling machines.
• Experience working with raw materials and knowledge of mechanical assembly.
• Valid driver’s license (Code 8) is required.
