Core Responsibilities 

  • Oversee and manage all electrical projects within the organization, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Lead and supervise a team of qualified Electrical Engineers and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on electrical systems, including Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) reticulations.
  • Review and interpret reticulation drawings, ensuring proper installation and maintenance of overhead lines and electrical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide training to team members when necessary

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 or equivalent and Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Electrical Trade Certificate.
  • Electrical Foreman Certificate.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Electrical Foreman.
  • Extensive experience with LV and MV reticulations and overhead line systems.
  • Completion of an apprenticeship or learnership program.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle.
