About the role

The successful candidate will be required to manage and ensure store operations compliance whilst supporting the maximizing turnover and ensuring a consistent, brand-aligned customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all retail operations activities are consistently executed according to standard operating procedures.
  • Drive sales within the stores to reach set sales targets.
  • Ensure that facilities, equipment, tools, systems, security and physical environment is conducive to optimum performance.
  • Facilitate appropriate technical and functional training for store teams.
  • Ensure stocktakes are performed regularly and accurately.
  • Facilitate all new store openings and refits

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum education Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years retail store operations in a managerial role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification related degree in the fashion industry will be advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and extended hours at times.
  • May be required to travel to support other stores.
  • Drivers license will be advantageous.
