About the role

The successful candidate will be required to manage and ensure store operations compliance whilst supporting the maximizing turnover and ensuring a consistent, brand-aligned customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that all retail operations activities are consistently executed according to standard operating procedures.
Drive sales within the stores to reach set sales targets.
Ensure that facilities, equipment, tools, systems, security and physical environment is conducive to optimum performance.
Facilitate appropriate technical and functional training for store teams.
Ensure stocktakes are performed regularly and accurately.
Facilitate all new store openings and refits

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum education Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent.
2-3 years retail store operations in a managerial role.
Relevant tertiary qualification related degree in the fashion industry will be advantageous.
Ability to work flexible hours and extended hours at times.
May be required to travel to support other stores.
Drivers license will be advantageous.
