Conduct vibration and oil analysis, ensure timely monitoring activities, and utilize data diagnostics to inform maintenance decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective strategies, retain and grow client relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the operational framework.

Core Responsibilities 

• Ensure effective completion of scheduled vibration and oil monitoring activities; analyze data to diagnose issues in high-speed rotating equipment.
• Retain existing clients and acquire new customers to expand the business base; manage service level agreements for effective delivery.
• Develop group goals aligned with business objectives; manage team performance and foster individual growth for succession planning.
• Plan and manage small-scale projects; implement operational processes and ensure compliance with governance and legal requirements through audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency; optimize processes for better outcomes

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 6 years in Condition Monitoring.
• Proficiency in Vibration Analysis.
• Experience in balancing rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of oil analysis for turbine and compressor oils.
• Familiarity with online vibration systems.
