As a Solutions Architect, your role is to be key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, designing and implementing innovative solutions that address business needs and drive alignment between IT systems and organizational objectives.

Core Responsibilities 

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective IT solutions.
• Develop and document architectural designs and system blueprints.
• Provide guidance and oversight during solution development and implementation.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, and project managers to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to solution implementation.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Relevant Architecture certification
• 7–10 years of experience in multiple IT disciplines including development, hardware, analysis, design, service management, and architecture. 
• Extensive exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments. 
• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD, and BDD.

• Technical expertise: strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and architecture frameworks.
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Project management: skills in managing projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Problem-solving: proficiency in identifying issues and developing innovative solutions.
• Communication: strong verbal and written skills for interacting with stakeholders and presenting technical information.
