Core Responsibilities
- Design solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, and mounting structures.
- Oversee the installation of solar systems, ensuring proper integration with existing electrical and structural systems.
- Monitor and assess the performance of solar installations to optimize efficiency and output.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to solar energy systems to ensure continuous and effective operation.
- Ensure that solar installations meet regulatory and safety standards, including local building codes and environmental regulations.
- Manage solar energy projects from conception through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5-10 years of experience in the solar industry.
- Relevant certification.
- Strong understanding of solar technology, electrical systems, and energy management.
- Proficiency in design tools and simulation software.
- Experience with high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) systems, including installation and commissioning.
- Knowledge of local electrical regulations, Grid Code, and adherence to international PV design standards.
- Driver’s license and availability for national and international travel.

- Problem-solving: proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in solar installations.
- Project management: skills in managing solar projects, including planning, execution, and coordination.
