Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

Professional Certifications and Licenses.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, proficiency in financial management, knowledge of retail software and systems, and excellent customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining store standards. Ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.
Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, addressing customer concerns, and creating a positive shopping experience.
Recruit, train, and supervise store employees. Conduct performance evaluations, manage schedules, and foster a positive work environment.
Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.
Develop and manage store budgets, track expenses and revenue, and analyze financial performance. Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
Plan and execute store layout and visual merchandising to enhance product presentation and attract customers. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and store aesthetics.
Ensure that the store complies with health, safety, and legal regulations. Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
