  • Analyze quality data and reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP, Six Sigma).
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to enhance quality performance.
  • Oversee testing of raw materials and finished products to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on waste reduction, efficiency, and product excellence.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
  • Experience with audit processes, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • Experience managing QA/QC teams and cross-functional collaboration with production, supply chain, and engineering teams.

Core Competencies 

  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, quality control tools, and process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
