A career as Lab Quality Reviewer you will ensures that all laboratory work meets established standards for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance. They are responsible for reviewing laboratory reports, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality results, maintaining accurate documentation, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Core Responsibilities
- Review laboratory reports, test results, and data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor and verify that laboratory procedures adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant quality standards
- Conduct audits of laboratory processes, identifying any deviations or areas of improvement
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to correct discrepancies in testing or reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation of reviews, audits, and corrective actions in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present reports on quality control findings to lab management and external stakeholders
- Assist in training lab personnel on quality assurance standards and best practices
- Support regulatory inspections and respond to inquiries from external auditors or inspectors
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or Biochemistry
- 3 years of experience in a laboratory environment, with a focus on quality assurance or quality control
- Strong knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), ISO standards, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Proficient in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and quality management software

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex data and identify inconsistencies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues
