Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or specialized certifications may enhance career prospects.
• Professional Certifications and Licenses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in audit software and data analysis tools, excellent communication and report-writing skills, and attention to detail.
• Integrity, objectivity, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Relevant internships or project work demonstrating practical application.
• Must be a citizen in the country and city of hire and be under the age of 34 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify potential risks to the organization’s assets, operations, and financial health.
• Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes to ensure they are functioning as intended and mitigate identified risks.
• Test and verify compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies to ensure adherence and identify areas of improvement.
• Develop and execute audit plans and programs, including defining audit scope, objectives, and methodologies.
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to management and stakeholders.
• Identify and investigate potential instances of fraud, misconduct, or irregularities within the organization.
• Provide recommendations for improving processes, controls, and efficiencies based on audit findings and industry best practices.
