Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related specialty is often required for advanced roles.
  • Professional Certifications and Licenses.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities, proficiency in statistical analysis and psychological assessment tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of organizational behavior and human resources.
  • Empathy, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Relevant internships or project work demonstrating practical application.
  • Must be a citizen in the country and city of hire and be under the age of 34 years.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting psychological assessments to evaluate employee suitability for various roles and identify development needs.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving organizational efficiency and employee well-being.
  • Support talent identification, development, and retention strategies to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
  • Help design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
  • Conduct research on workplace behavior and trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR practices.
