Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Professional Certifications and Licenses.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques. Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques for building predictive models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide insights. Effective communication skills to present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
Relevant internships or project work demonstrating practical application.
Must be a citizen in the country and city of hire and be under the age of 34 years.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Management:

Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and external datasets.
Process and clean data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Combine data from different sources to create comprehensive datasets for analysis.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

Apply statistical methods to analyze data, identify trends, and make predictions.
Conduct initial investigations to uncover patterns, anomalies, and relationships within the data.
Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques to forecast future trends.

Data Visualization and Reporting:

Create charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data insights clearly and effectively.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and decision-makers.
Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and recommendations.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work with business units, management, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
Manage data projects from inception to completion, including defining objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with emerging data technologies, tools, and methodologies.
Continuously improve data processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
