A Clinical Application Specialist provides technical support and clinical training to healthcare professionals, ensuring the effective use of medical devices and applications. You will play role as liaison between the clinical staff and the technical teams, ensuring optimal integration of medical technologies to enhance patient care.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Provide on-site and remote clinical application training for healthcare professionals on the use of medical devices and software
  • Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to clinical staff and customers, resolving any issues related to the use of medical technologies
  • Assist in product demonstrations for prospective clients, highlighting the clinical advantages and technical features of medical devices
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with products
  • Collect and communicate feedback from users to internal teams for product improvements and innovations
  • Ensure all activities comply with local healthcare regulations and company protocols
  • Maintain thorough records of training sessions, feedback, and troubleshooting procedures

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors  degree in healthcare, 3-5 years of experience in clinical application support
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and healthcare technology
  • The ability to recognize opportunities for new services and products and to act accordingly, taking measured risks into account

Core Competencies 

  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of local languages is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and influence healthcare professionals
  • Ability  to develop and maintain business relationships
