About the role

Are you a self-driven 360° Talent Acquisition professional with deep industry knowledge and a flair for business development? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Development Manager to help grow our client base and deliver world-class recruitment solutions. This role is ideal for consultants with full-cycle recruitment experience, a strong industry network, and the ability to respond  and win new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities in target industries.
  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Conduct needs analysis and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate and close commission-earning deals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to placement.
  • Engage with candidates and clients to ensure an excellent recruitment experience.
  • Leverage talent pipelines, digital platforms, and industry networks for top placements.
  • Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with Think-Career™ RPO’s internal team to deliver results.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (required).
  • Proven 360° recruitment experience (agency or internal).
  • Demonstrated success in business development, tender responses, and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, platforms, and market trends.
  • Industry-specific experience in one or more of the following focus areas is a strong advantage: Sci Engineering Talent, Medi-Careers, Graduate Recruitment, Executive Search, Artisan Careers
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.

  • Communication: Delivers clear, persuasive, and professional messages tailored to different audiences (clients, candidates, partners)
