About the role

To innovate; design; propose and implement set and new strategic initiatives on digital and social media platforms while continually considering the competitor landscape and potential partnerships to effectively improve existing products to promote Company as the market leader; as per Company business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the successful implementation of existing projects by effectively management of the full value chain and with key stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Seek and recommend innovative solutions and opportunities for strategic initiatives, continuous improvement by observation; analyzing data and providing ongoing feedback to enhance processes, efficiencies, systems, performance, and strategic initiative effectiveness to add value to Company.
  • Strategic initiatives could be associated with any discipline e.g., entrepreneurship, commercialization, information technology, in line with the business strategy from commencement to completion within the scope, budget and time agreed.
  • To manage the technical projects following agile best practices to ensure that the squad is working on the right tasks at the right time, working closely with the product owner to develop and monitor progress reports.
  • To ensure that Company realizes the business benefits of improved quality and profitability through enhanced measurement and management from value-add analytics, in line with the business strategy.
  • Create a competitive and successful function through understanding competitor activity and positioning to leverage opportunities.
  • Obtain buy-in for developing new and/or enhanced initiatives or processes that will improve the strategy by highlighting benefits, risks, or considerations to support the recommendations.
  • Implement business initiatives by motivating, introducing; managing; making (people change; technological change; process change) happen and keeping management information updated.
  • Identify; understand and agree the direct and indirect impact of business initiatives by researching; interviewing affected stakeholders and applying end to end skills set.
  • Support the achievement of Company and Business strategy objectives and values by reviewing and ensuring delivered systems; process; services and solutions are aligned and ensure by continuous monitoring; aligning and executing strategy realization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years experience in a similar role within Corporate Bank, Project Management or Commercialization Agency
  • Project management, business management, marketing, and IT environment (The Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and data analytics, exposure will be beneficial.
