Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and guidelines.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages to build positive relationships and foster brand loyalty.
• Collaborate on social media campaigns to drive engagement and align efforts with broader marketing strategies.
• Track key social media metrics using analytics tools to identify trends and optimize performance.
• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new strategies, tools, or content types to enhance audience engagement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing (internships count).
• Proficiency in major social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
