Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

• Recently graduated or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Legal, Governance, Risk Management or related.
• Relevant internships or project work demonstrating practical application.
• Ability to handle and resolve ad-hoc complaints, inquiries, and investigations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and training skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain risk management processes.
• Remotely investigate and highlight all possible causes of losses.
• Analyze transactions, internal reports, and financial information for potential risks.
• Conduct remote risk assessments against agreed schedule, standards, and guidelines, and monitor the implementation of remedial actions.
• Investigate and address risk-related issues identified or raised by various departments within a reasonable time.
• Communicate key insights and findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Collate and submit monthly risk reports for allocated patches.
• Gather information about insurance claims from relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate capturing and updating of insurance claim data.
