Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

• Strong organizational and communication skills, financial acumen, knowledge of property management software, and understanding of real estate laws and regulations.

• Relevant internships or project work demonstrating practical application.
• Must be a citizen in the country and city of hire and be under the age of 34 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of properties, including managing tenant relations, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring the property is in good condition.
• Market properties to potential tenants, conduct property showings, negotiate lease agreements, and manage the leasing process.
• Develop and manage property budgets, track income and expenses, and ensure financial performance targets are met. Handle rent collection, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Address tenant concerns, resolve disputes, and ensure a positive living or working environment. Manage lease renewals and enforce lease terms.
• Ensure that properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards, building codes, and fair housing laws.
• Develop and implement property management strategies to enhance property value, improve operational efficiency, and achieve investment goals.
• Coordinate with contractors, maintenance workers, and service providers to perform repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
