Core Responsibilities 

  • Maintain, repair, and optimize plant equipment and associated devices to ensure high plant availability and consistent product quality at minimal cost.
  • Perform maintenance tasks and ensure plant and associated devices in the brewing process are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and risk-free working environment by adhering to safety standards.
  • Operate and maintain all machines related to the packaging process, optimizing systems and equipment for efficiency.
  • Complete all maintenance tasks on time and in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Fulfill standby duties as per the required roster, addressing any emergency maintenance needs.
  • Communicate technical knowledge effectively to operators and colleagues.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to machine operators.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • N4 Technical qualification with Trade test qualification as an Electrician or Millwright.
  • 2 years of post-trade test experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in Packaging is advantageous.

Core Competencies 

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good technical knowledge of plant maintenance, repair, and optimization processes
