Minimum Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB), Political Science, History, or Business, etc.
- Professional Certifications and Licenses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in legal research and writing, and attention to detail.
- Integrity, professionalism, critical thinking, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex legal issues.
- Relevant internships or project work demonstrating practical application.
- Must be a citizen in the country and city of hire and be under the age of 34 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in legal matters, including court proceedings, negotiations, and arbitration. Advocate on behalf of clients to protect their rights and interests.
- Conduct thorough research on laws, regulations, and case precedents to support legal arguments and provide informed legal advice.
- Prepare legal documents such as contracts, wills, briefs, and legal opinions. Ensure that documents comply with legal standards and requirements.
- Provide legal advice to clients on a range of issues, including legal rights, obligations, and potential courses of action. Offer guidance on legal strategies and risk management.
- Manage legal cases from inception to resolution, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing for trial or settlement negotiations.
- Ensure that organizations and individuals comply with relevant laws and regulations. Provide advice on legal compliance and risk mitigation.
- Represent clients in negotiations and advocacy efforts, working to achieve favorable outcomes in disputes, settlements, and legal proceedings.
