Ensure adherence to the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment policies and relevant legal requirements, reporting hazards and incidents, and verifying that all products and services meet the required standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the company to ensure compliance with all legal duties and obligations related to health, safety, and the environment.
• Properly and effectively use equipment designed to protect personal well-being and promote a safe working environment.
• Report any hazardous practices, conditions, or safety concerns to the Manager or Supervisor that may affect safety, production, or the community.
• Verify all products at appropriate stages and maintain proper records as outlined in the procedures.
• Address any discrepancies in goods or services received through the established Non-Conformance procedures.
• Properly and effectively use equipment designed to protect personal well-being and promote a safe working environment.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, especially in HSE with 5 years experience.
• Experience in SHERQ Management.
• Experience in Contractor Management and Project Management.
• Required Training: Firefighting, Oil Spill Response, and other Emergency Response.

Core Competencies 

• Strong leadership in firefighting, training, and emergency response.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant statutory standards and HSSE procedures.
