Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity is essential.
• Professional Certifications and Licenses.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Good communication skills and the ability to interpret and implement client feedback are also important.
• Creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant internships or project work demonstrating practical application.
• Must be a citizen in the country and city of hire and be under the age of 34 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for a range of materials, including logos, brochures, advertisements, websites, social media graphics, and packaging.
• Develop and maintain brand identities by designing logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements that reflect the brand’s personality and values.
• Design layouts for print and digital media, ensuring proper use of typography, color, and imagery to enhance readability and visual impact.
• Work with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide design solutions that align with their goals and brand identity.
• Generate and present design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to clients or stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and other design tools to create and refine designs.
• Manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with other team members, such as copywriters, marketers, and developers.
