About the role

To enable customers to achieve their lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, providing sound financial advice, recommending, and implementing fit for purpose financial plans and solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking and relationship building.
  • Partner with a Franchise Distribution:
    • Gain access to financial needs analysis tools which will unlock industry leading.
    • Offer flexible solutions which are regulation ready.
    • Access to and attendance of annual conventions (offshore and onshore) and regional recognition events.
    • Earn without being limited by fixed corporate income structures.
    • Operate under the license (FSP 703) and do not need to register as a Key Individual (KI).
    • Offer holistic advice using the comprehensive product range of solutions that offers.
    • Offer market leading investment solutions for over 176 years.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must have life insurance industry experience.
  • Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12/ NQF 4)
  • 24 months experience in life insurance sales.
  • Must have a drivers license and own car.
  • Must meet the FAIS Fit and Proper requirements.
  • Regulatory Examination/RE5 essential.
  • Completed FSB recognized qualification (FSB recognized qualification listed or credits pertaining to the date of first appointment in the industry, as listed on the most recently published Board notice as published for recognized qualification by the FSB.)
  • Class of Business (COB) (All applicants that were still under supervision for any competency requirement pre or post 01 April 2018 will be required to have obtained Class of Business prior to appointment.)
