Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

  • Recently graduated or completed a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to commit to a 12-month internship within the Field Services department.
  • Professionalism and ability to work collaboratively with teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with compiling and analyzing reports for the Field Services team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for field personnel.
  • Take meeting notes and prepare summaries for internal teams.
  • Support with general administrative tasks including scheduling and document preparation.
  • Assist in tracking operational data and ensuring efficient workflow processes.
