Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

- Strong leadership and organizational skills, proficiency in financial management and budgeting, knowledge of business operations and strategy, and effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Relevant internships or project work demonstrating practical application.
- Must be a citizen in the country and city of hire and be under the age of 34 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance to guide decision-making.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the business, including managing resources, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient workflow. Address operational issues and implement improvements.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation. Monitor financial performance, analyze financial data, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Supervise and manage staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development. Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project resources.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth. Analyze market opportunities, create promotional campaigns, and manage customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and implementing service improvements.
- Ensure that the business complies with legal, regulatory, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate risks to protect the organization from potential liabilities.
