This role requires a skilled medical professional who can safely perform treatments, provide expert guidance to patients, and maintain the highest standards in patient care and satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic services ranging from weight loss treatments, and skin treatments to injectable treatments
- Perform non-invasive and minimally-invasive aesthetic procedures in a medical setting
- Oversee the aesthetic department including stock, ordering, and administrative processes
- Undertake patient consultations and physical examinations
- Consult and provide appropriate recommendations for skin care products and treatments
- Monitor and administer medication
- Assess and plan treatment requirements for patients
- Write reports and maintain patient records
- Promote health education
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery with 3 years experience
- Aesthetic certification and training
- Registration with the HPCSA
- Medical indemnity insurance
- Expertise in a range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments
