Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

• Professional Certifications and Licenses.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel), attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Integrity, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of financial regulations and ethical standards.
• Relevant internships or project work demonstrating practical application.
• Must be a citizen in the country and city of hire and be under the age of 34 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide insights into an organization’s financial health.
• Record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Assist in creating budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to guide business decisions and ensure financial stability.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and identifying opportunities for tax savings.
• Conduct internal and external audits to verify financial information, ensure accuracy, and assess compliance with regulations and standards.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), and company policies.
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
