Core Responsibilities
- Collect data from multiple sources, ensure its accuracy, and clean it for analysis.
- Use statistical methods and tools to analyze datasets, identify trends, and extract insights.
- Create visual representations of data, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate findings.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to share insights with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Ensure continuous improvement, stay updated with the latest analytical techniques, tools, and industry trends.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or Statistical related degree or a related field with 5+ years’ experience in Data pipeline design and development.
- Relevant certification.
- Knowledge of statistical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS), programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in technology such as SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience working with production BI environments and tools such as Tableau, Pyramid Analytics.
- Proficient in excel (advanced excel is advantageous)
- Working knowledge of agile methodology.
Technical Skills
- Analytical thinking: strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Attention to detail: precision in data handling and analysis.
- Communication skills: ability to present data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Domain knowledge: understanding of the specific industry or business domain in which the data is being analyzed.
