Core Responsibilities 

  • Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the product meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the quality of products, services, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, improve processes, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that the company’s products and services adhere to all local, national, and international regulations and standards relevant to the industry.
  • Work closely with legal and regulatory bodies to ensure up-to-date knowledge of any changes in compliance regulations.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or related field with 4-6 years’ related work experience.
  • Relevant certifications.
  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
  • Extensive experience working with compliance procedures and administrative process automation.
  • Good knowledge of local registrations and regulations and of international regulations/guidelines.
  • Excellent computer/ IT system administration skills.
