Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications can enhance career prospects.
  • Professional Certifications and Licenses.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, proficiency in HR software and systems, and a solid understanding of employment laws and best practices.
  • Empathy, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Relevant internships or project work demonstrating practical application.
  • Must be a citizen in the country and city of hire and be under the age of 34 years.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring. Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. Implement policies and practices that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Identify training needs, design and deliver development programs, and support employee growth and career progression.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback and coaching, and support employee development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Manage HR-related legal issues and documentation.
  • Align HR practices with organizational goals, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to workforce planning and organizational development.
