Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher may be required for advanced positions or specialized areas.
• Professional Certifications and Licenses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in engineering software (e.g., CAD, STAAD), excellent communication and teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
• Creativity in problem-solving, a strong understanding of physics and mathematics, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Relevant internships or project work demonstrating practical application of engineering principles (preferred but not required)
• Must be a citizen in the country and city of hire and be under the age of 34 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed plans and blueprints for infrastructure projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.
• Oversee the construction process, including coordinating with contractors, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct site assessments and surveys to evaluate land conditions, environmental impact, and structural requirements.
• Analyze and design structures to ensure they can withstand loads and environmental stresses.
• Ensure that projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
• Address and resolve engineering challenges that arise during the design, construction, and maintenance phases.
