• Review laboratory reports, test results, and data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Monitor and verify that laboratory procedures adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant quality standards
• Conduct audits of laboratory processes, identifying any deviations or areas of improvement
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to correct discrepancies in testing or reporting
• Maintain detailed documentation of reviews, audits, and corrective actions in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present reports on quality control findings to lab management and external stakeholders
• Assist in training lab personnel on quality assurance standards and best practices
• Support regulatory inspections and respond to inquiries from external auditors or inspectors

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or Biochemistry
• 3 years of experience in a laboratory environment, with a focus on quality assurance or quality control
• Strong knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), ISO standards, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Proficient in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and quality management software
