Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Certifications and Licenses.
Proficiency in programming languages and software development tools, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
Attention to detail, creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant internships or project work demonstrating practical application.
Must be a citizen in the country and city of hire and be under the age of 34 years.

Key Responsibilities

Design and plan software solutions, including defining system architecture, user interfaces, and data structures. Create design documents and specifications.
Write, test, and debug code to build software applications and systems. Use programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript to develop software.
Develop and execute test cases to ensure the software functions correctly and meets quality standards. Identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
Maintain and update existing software applications. Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements or fixes.
Work closely with other developers, designers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
Create and maintain documentation for software development processes, codebases, and user manuals. Ensure that documentation is clear and up-to-date.
Stay current with emerging technologies, programming languages, and industry trends. Continuously improve skills and knowledge through learning and professional development.
