Minimum Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Certifications and Licenses.
- Proficiency in programming languages and software development tools, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Attention to detail, creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant internships or project work demonstrating practical application.
- Must be a citizen in the country and city of hire and be under the age of 34 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan software solutions, including defining system architecture, user interfaces, and data structures. Create design documents and specifications.
- Write, test, and debug code to build software applications and systems. Use programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript to develop software.
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure the software functions correctly and meets quality standards. Identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
- Maintain and update existing software applications. Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements or fixes.
- Work closely with other developers, designers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain documentation for software development processes, codebases, and user manuals. Ensure that documentation is clear and up-to-date.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, programming languages, and industry trends. Continuously improve skills and knowledge through learning and professional development.
